UI + UX

Bohan Systems Application.
Home Automation.

Background

Revising and updating the human interaction, modernising and simplifying a complext interface.

Keeping a consistant user interaction across all functions uses the assumption that the repetition of actions will help users both physically get used to using the app and help create a muscle memory of where functions are placed and how they are operated.

The reasoning behind this is to lower the learning curve of the user as much as possible.

The last thing you want to do at the end of a long day is to open an app and not know how to use it.

This was especially true when it came to Bohan user base. Elements that the user would be familiar with were used. As well as keeping the majority of interactions above the fold.
